New image from Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard: Salma Hayek Joins Samuel L. Jackson and Ryan Reynolds

A new Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard image gives fans of the 2017 action-comedy a first-look at Antonio Banderas' brand new villain in the upcoming sequel.

The 2017’s Hitman's Bodyguard co-starred Samuel L. Jackson and Ryan Reynolds as a relentless bodyguard (Reynolds) and a manipulative assassin (Jackson) he's assigned to protect. Given the two have a past history, what should be an easy assignment gets complicated… and hilarious!

The director Patrick Hughes returns for the sequel, and has a star-studded line-up in store for this one. As seen in the above image, Reynolds, Jackson and Hayek will be facing off against a unnamed villain played by Antonio Banderas.

The sequel also star Morgan Freeman, Frank Grillo, Caroline Goodall and Richard E. Grant, the latter reprising his role of Mr. Seifert – another client of Reynolds’ bodyguard Michael Bryce – from the first instalment.

Prorom will release Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard in cinemas this summer.
